Society Limonta won the Archiproducts Design Awards 2021 in the Kitchen category with RITO, a cutting board with a linen basket. Designed by Chiara Mauri and Andrea Randazzo, founders of Storie Design Studio, RITO is part of the “OLTRE Society Design Collection”.
Interpreted in a contemporary key, this breadboard summarises simple daily activities in one: slicing the bread, serving it on the table and preserving it for the next day. A narrative project, that tells a story about everyday ritual gestures like sharing the bread, a quintessential symbol of conviviality.
