Limonta publishes its 2025 Sustainability Report, continuing the voluntary reporting journey it began in 2020 with the aim of measuring and communicating its environmental, social and governance commitment with increasing transparency.
For Limonta, sustainability is not a separate area of its business, but an integral part of its development model: a value that guides industrial, organizational and investment decisions and translates into care for the environment, local communities and people.
The results achieved in 2025 reflect the continuity of this journey. During the year, Limonta’s photovoltaic systems generated 1.001. MWh of renewable energy, while waste generation decreased by 9.8% water consumption, by 5.8% and emissions by 1.2% compared to 2024. On the people side, 4.180 hours of training were provided, while 98% of employees are on permanent contracts.
At the same time, research into lower-impact materials and production processes continues: between 2021 and 2025, the production of recycled fabrics increased by 73%, reaching more than 3.5 million linear meters.
The new Report also explores the Limonta model, its sustainability strategy and double materiality analysis, as well as initiatives related to responsible governance and its commitment to people and local communities, providing a comprehensive overview of the journey undertaken and the priorities for the future.
